Travel To Thai Insurance Registration Form

1. Please confirm the vehicle and traveler information before filling out the form.
2. Choose Gate A if going through Wang Kelian, Bukit Kayu Hitam or Padang Besar. Gate B for Pengkalan Hulu, Durian Burung, Bukit Bunga, Rantau Panjang and Pengkalan Kubur routes.
3. Gate B - Insurance can be taken at the traveltothai Office (Pengkalan Hulu) after receiving the notification "Insurance is ready to be taken" via WhatsApp.
4. If you want TM2, TM3 & TM6 travel insurance and documents to be sent, it will take 3 – 5 working days to reach you.
5. Gate A – Insurance is sent via WhatsApp only. No document posting is done.
6. Online payment only accepted. NO payment is taken when picking up documents at the Travel To Thai office.
7. Any matter of taking documents is according to the operating hours as follows:

Sunday - Thursday : 6.30 am - 10.00 pm
Friday - Saturday : 6.00 am - 11.00 pm

8. Please make an advance notification (WhatsApp) for picking up documents outside of operating hours as stated above. Documents can be picked up at the document box in front of the Travel To Thai office (Pengkalan Hulu).
